SAL / ADR
Information about Romanian alternative dispute resolution for consumers is available through ANPC SAL at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
EU consumer redress
The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The European Commission now points consumers to Consumer Redress in the EU and the list of dispute resolution bodies.
