By creating an account, using the ChirpStack console, adding gateways or sensors, creating API keys, or paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms and the plan limits shown during checkout.
Each customer receives tenant-scoped access to the hosted ChirpStack console. The account is not a server-wide administrator account. You are responsible for account security, passwords, API tokens, gateway credentials, and user-side integrations.
The free plan includes 1 gateway and 2 LoRaWAN sensors. Paid monthly plans currently include 3 EUR, 5 EUR, 10 EUR, 50 EUR, and 150 EUR tiers with the gateway, sensor, and retention limits shown on the subscription page.
ChirpStack Online supports native ChirpStack workflows, MQTT, API, webhooks, payload decoders, downlink decoders, and downlink queues. Customers remain responsible for the legality, correctness, and safety of external systems connected to the service.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, abuse network resources, use the service for illegal monitoring, publish malicious payloads, or interfere with other tenants or infrastructure.
The service is operated on a best-effort commercial basis. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, ChirpStack changes, Cloudflare routing, Stripe availability, gateway faults, or radio/network conditions may affect access or telemetry delivery.
The service provides infrastructure and telemetry transport. Customers remain responsible for agronomic, industrial, safety, treatment, irrigation, automation, and business decisions based on sensor data or downlinks.
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for non-payment, material misuse, security risk, legal requests, or breach of these Terms. Data retention follows the active plan and applicable legal obligations.
