Subscription and Cancellation Policy

ChirpStack Online plans, payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and service access.

Plans and billing

ChirpStack Online monthly subscriptions are paid through Stripe. The active plan determines gateway limits, sensor limits, available retention, and access to the hosted ChirpStack tenant.

Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. The subscription page displays the available plans and sends customers to Stripe checkout for payment.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation or manage your subscription through the subscription page or by contacting support. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, unless legal, security, or misuse reasons require earlier restriction.

Refunds

Because the service is a digital infrastructure subscription, refunds are reviewed case by case. If the service was not provisioned or a billing error occurred, contact support with the Stripe payment reference and account email.

Consumer withdrawal

If consumer withdrawal rights apply, the withdrawal period and exceptions follow applicable EU and Romanian distance contract rules. If you ask for immediate digital service provisioning, access may start before the withdrawal period ends.
